Tyne Card Holder - Nero

The Tyne card holder is the perfect card holder to carry your essential cards and ID.   It’s flat design fits effortlessly into a pocket without spoiling the silhouette of your clothing.

The Tyne is made from six pieces of leather; two outer pockets, two inner and two back pieces, all six sewn through with high quality Italian cotton. 

The outside edges and corners are worked by hand by a process known as burnishing which involves shaping and sanding the edge, a stain is then applied and the edge is worked using a burnishing tool to produce a smooth finished, the use of a stain which is absorbed into the leather rather than paint ensure the edges age in the same way and at the same speed as the rest of the wallet preserving a uniform look.

In addition to the burnished edges a subtle tram line is scored on the pockets by hand using a traditional edge creasing tool.

As it ages the leather will develop its own unique patina.  Giving the Tyne a personalised quality unique, and individual to its owner.
